*PHIXERO has warehouse based in CA, US and HK, CN, your parcel will be sent out within 3 working days once the orders are confirmed. At the same time, an informed e-mail with tracking number will be there in your e-mail box once the parcel is out. The tracking number inside is to trace the timely status of parcel.

Usually, it will take 7 to 14 natural days for the parcel to arrive if it sent from HK, CN, and will take 3-7 natural days for the parcel to arrive if sent from CA, US.

The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, custom, weather and so on.
